With regards to patients’, either using the system or managed via the system, the Personal Data may also include:

  • coaching data (including coaching time and number of sessions received)
  • game/session/activity data (including number of games/sessions/activities and time received)
  • injury and fitness data
  • details of performance reviews
  • match/player event data (including, inter alia), e.g. number of passes, crosses, goals and fouls
  • Biometric data (e.g. strength and mobility assessment data)
  • player tracking data
  • any other data deemed necessary by the Parent Organisation for performance, administration, recruitment, or communication purposes.

In addition, we may collect and process the following data about you

  • If you contact us for support, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have an obligation to respond to them.

HOW WE COLLECT DATA

We collect Data in the following ways:

  • Data is given to us by other Users at your Parent Organisation;
  • data is received from other sources; and
  • data is collected automatically.

Mipro Medical Solutions Ltd will collect your Data in a number of ways, for example:

  • when you contact us through the Website, by telephone, post, e-mail or through any other means.

Mipro Medical Solutions Ltd will process individuals data provided by their Parent Organisation as part of the process of using the software services provided. This is processed in accordance with this privacy policy.

DATA THAT IS RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTIES

Mipro Medical Solutions Ltd will receive Data about you from the following third parties:

  • data feed providers (e.g. wearables, GPS devices, etc).
  • performance data services in use at the club such as Player Tracking data.

DATA THAT IS COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

To the extent that you access the Website, we will collect your Data automatically, for example:

  • we automatically collect some information about your visit to the Website. This information helps us to make improvements to Website content and navigation, and includes your IP address, the date, times and frequency with which you access the Website and the way you use and interact with its content.

OUR USE OF DATA

Mipro Medical Solutions Ltd provides the Website (as a hosted solution), Support and Reporting Services under legal contract to Parent Organisations as a subscription service. This forms the legal basis for processing the Data collected.

As the data processor, Users data is only directly accessed by Mipro Medical Solutions Ltd when necessary, as part of the services provided, and steps are taken to anonymise the data whenever possible.

Anonymous usage Data, automatically gathered from your browser, may be used by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our website.

We may use your Data for the above purposes if we deem it necessary to do so for our legitimate interests. If you are not satisfied with this, you have the right to object in certain circumstances (see the section headed “Your rights” below).

DATA RETENTION

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to the Parent Organisation, and only for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

You may request your data be deleted from the system, however this request must go via the Parent Organisation responsible for providing you with access to the Website. As a data processor Mipro Medical Solutions Ltd does not have the legal right to delete data without the data controller’s authorisation.

Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

YOUR RIGHTS

The data controller (Parent Organisation) must provide you with the following rights in relation to your Data:

  • Right to access – You have the right to request copies of the information held about you at any time (Subject Access Request);
  • Right to correct – the right to have your Data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Right to erase – the right to request that Data is deleted or remove from systems. This may be declined if the data controller has a legal basis for keeping the Data;
  • Right to restrict use of your Data – the right to “block” an organisation from using your Data or limit the way in which it can be used;
  • Right to data portability – the right to request that you Data is moved, copied or transferred; and
  • Right to object – the right to object to specific uses of your Data which may include where it is used for our legitimate interests.

All enquiries, exercising of any rights set out above, or withdrawing of consent to the processing of your Data (where consent is our legal basis for processing your Data), should be raised directly with the Parent Organisation providing access to the Website only. Mipro Medical Solutions Ltd cannot facilitate these requests.
